Lissi loves the moon, and she looks for it all of the time. She used to look several times every evening, and was even entertained for quite a while on more than one evening in the fall just to gaze out the window at Mr. Moon. Lately it happens only once in a while, so I wanted to capture this memory before it's gone...
(whenever she is "hiding" and then pops her sweet head out to see you, she yells "surprise!" no matter where you are, or what she is already in the middle of playing or doing - so fun!)
"Surprise!"
After she sees the moon, she will ask me to sing the moon song, which I happily do, and she usually sings along :)
She has been really enjoying drawing every day lately, so on this night, she asked for a paper and her markers after seeing the moon, and sat down to draw a picture of it.
Such fun and happy moments with my little girl :)
