Nesting

My little guy and his friend found the coolest abqndoned nest earlier this summer, and brought it home. It sat on my porch bench as a decoration for a while, but sadly we had to throw it away when some unwelcome guests moved in :(

So... our little guy decided to build a nest of his own from sticks and mud he found on the ground at the park under his favorite tree. Then he perched it on a branch in the very same tree, before taking it home to rest on my abandoned bench.

Love this little guy so much!!!
