I mentioned before how much my little sadie loved advent calendars this year.
She talked about them daily, and even made a few of her own like this christmas tree shaped one filled in with numbers…
Evidently you are supposed to add a sticker each day to countdown and decorate the tree
One of her favorite holiday movies features an advent calendar the little boy has and they open a window on a Christmas tree each day to read a different story. She loves it so much, and asked me several times for one like that, though I’ve never seen one in person. (chocolate filled ones are another favorite of hers, and thankfully I can find those easily though she has a hard time eating just one chocolate a day
